WEB/004Portfolios and catalogues

Your work.
The space it deserves.

We design portfolios and catalogues that give photographs, projects and collections an identity of their own. We focus on imagery, navigation and turning interest into an enquiry.

Show the whole picture.
Take care of every detail.

The selection and order of your work say something about you. We define how people discover the collection and the context each piece deserves.

/001

Present your projects

Give each project context through imagery, a description and selected details.

/002

Show a collection

Organise work, products or services into a collection people can explore with purpose.

/003

Show your specialism

Build a journey that explains your approach and what makes your work different.

/004

Generate enquiries

Connect exploration with an enquiry, a commission or a conversation.

From your materials
to a visual experience.

We start with a selection of work and how you want to present yourself. The design supports the pieces and makes them easier to discover.

Design, content
and functionality.

These are the elements we define in the proposal. The final scope depends on your starting point and business priorities.

/001

Selection and organisation

We agree on categories, filters or routes and the information that each piece will have.

/002

Design direction

We define typography, composition and interaction around your materials.

/003

Galleries and detail pages

We build overview and detail pages adapted for desktop and mobile.

/004

Content preparation

We optimise image publishing and set up the agreed editing tools for adding new work.

/005

Handover and continuity

We hand over the access, documentation and guidance covered by the agreed scope. Follow-up or maintenance is defined separately if commissioned.

From your selection
to a distinctive experience.

(4)
  1. Select the work

We review the material and audience to choose what to show, in what order and with how much context.

  2. Define the visual language

We design galleries, detail pages and transitions around the images and the way you present your work.

  3. Prepare the content

We adapt formats and loading, and add the agreed editing tools for projects or products.

  4. Review the experience

We check framing, navigation and contact on desktop and mobile before publishing the selection.

Thoughtfully built.
Ready to continue.

Your content

We agree on who prepares the copy, photography, translations and brand materials. The website should explain your business using information you can validate.

Access and ownership

We define domain, hosting, accounts and tools so you know where each piece is and who manages it.

Continuity

We distinguish the initial delivery from updates, licences and future improvements. Further development has a defined scope and an owner.

(5)
Does a catalogue have to include online sales?

No. A catalogue can present products and make enquiries easy without a basket or payment. If you need direct sales, we assess the scope of an online store.

Can large images or video be used?

Yes. We define formats and loading behaviour to keep the experience fluid. The proposal specifies how media is handled and its hosting or playback requirements.

Is the design included?

Design and development are defined in the proposal. We can work from your existing identity or create a visual direction for the website. If you already have a designer, we can coordinate implementation of their work.

Can I update the content?

We can include a content management system for the material you need to edit. We agree on which parts are editable, who maintains them and the guidance you need to use them.

Does this include SEO and maintenance?

The proposal defines technical SEO foundations and maintenance tasks. Building a website does not guarantee a search ranking; content, competition and subsequent work also influence the result.
