WEB/002Online stores

Your products.
A journey to buy them.

We create online stores to present your products, take payments and manage orders. We design the shopping experience and connect the catalogue, payments and shipping to the way you sell.

From the catalogue
to a confirmed order.

Shopping online means choosing, understanding the terms and completing an order. The store needs to support that journey and fit the operations behind it.

/001

Present the product

Organise categories, product pages, variants and images to make choosing easier.

/002

Make buying easier

Design the basket and checkout with the order information and terms customers need.

/003

Manage orders

Prepare the order states and communications your team needs to handle a sale.

/004

Connect the operations

Assess connections to inventory, invoicing, shipping or other business tools.

Online sales.
Everything behind them.

The store must fit how you prepare, charge for and deliver orders. We define those rules before setting up the shopping journey.

Design, content
and functionality.

These are the elements we define in the proposal. The final scope depends on your starting point and business priorities.

/001

Structure and catalogue

We agree on categories, attributes and how product information and images will be prepared.

/002

Shopping journey design

We define product pages, the basket and checkout journey for your audience.

/003

Payments, shipping and rules

We configure the agreed options around your providers and business terms.

/004

Order testing

We check test purchases, notifications and order statuses before launch.

/005

Handover and continuity

We hand over the access, documentation and guidance covered by the agreed scope. Follow-up or maintenance is defined separately if commissioned.

to the first purchase.

  1. Define how you sell

We review the catalogue, variants, prices, shipping areas and order fulfilment before choosing a platform.

  2. Design the shopping experience

We prepare product pages, categories, basket and checkout so customers can find products and understand the terms.

  3. Set up and test

We add products and test payments, shipping costs, notifications and order statuses with test orders.

  4. Open the store

We review order management with you and the tasks the store will need after launch.

Thoughtfully built.
Ready to continue.

Your content

We agree on who prepares the copy, photography, translations and brand materials. The website should explain your business using information you can validate.

Access and ownership

We define domain, hosting, accounts and tools so you know where each piece is and who manages it.

Continuity

We distinguish the initial delivery from updates, licences and future improvements. Further development has a defined scope and an owner.

(5)
What do I need to have ready to sell?

A catalogue, prices, images, sales terms and a process for preparing orders. Payments, delivery and legal text also need defining with your advisers. We can help organise these requirements.

Can the store connect to my inventory or invoicing?

We assess this against your existing tools and available access. Synchronisation needs rules for products, stock, taxes, orders and errors, defined before development.

Is the design included?

Design and development are defined in the proposal. We can work from your existing identity or create a visual direction for the website. If you already have a designer, we can coordinate implementation of their work.

Can I update the content?

We can include a content management system for the material you need to edit. We agree on which parts are editable, who maintains them and the guidance you need to use them.

Does this include SEO and maintenance?

The proposal defines technical SEO foundations and maintenance tasks. Building a website does not guarantee a search ranking; content, competition and subsequent work also influence the result.
