WEB/005Website redesign

Your website can
represent you better.

We update your website’s design, content and navigation to reflect your business today. We review what works, what is worth keeping and what needs to change.

Keep what's useful.
Improve what holds it back.

A website can contain valuable information while no longer reflecting the business as it is today. We review both before proposing changes.

/001

Update the image

Adapt the website to a new identity or a business that has moved on.

/002

Organise the information

Rethink pages and navigation when your offer is hard to find or understand.

/003

Improve mobile experience

Review reading, actions and content on the screens your audience uses.

/004

Prepare new functions

Assess a content management system, bookings, a catalogue or integrations your current website cannot support.

From the current website
to a new direction.

We review content, URLs and features before replacing them. Migration is part of the project, including testing and checks afterwards.

Design, content
and functionality.

These are the elements we define in the proposal. The final scope depends on your starting point and business priorities.

/001

Review the starting point

We take stock of pages, content and features, then agree on what is worth keeping.

/002

New structure and design

We rethink the user journey and visual identity of the main screens.

/003

Development and migration

We build the new website and migrate the content and features included in the scope.

/004

Change plan

We plan the launch, necessary redirects, and checks on links and forms.

/005

Handover and continuity

We hand over the access, documentation and guidance covered by the agreed scope. Follow-up or maintenance is defined separately if commissioned.

From the website you have
to the one you need.

(4)
  1. Review before changing

We take stock of the current pages, features and content, alongside the problems you want to solve.

  2. Set the new direction

We define the structure and design, identifying what stays and what content is still needed.

  3. Build and migrate

We build in a working environment and prepare the migration of content and important URLs.

  4. Switch and check

We plan the launch and check links, forms and priority pages after the switch.

Thoughtfully built.
Ready to continue.

Your content

We agree on who prepares the copy, photography, translations and brand materials. The website should explain your business using information you can validate.

Access and ownership

We define domain, hosting, accounts and tools so you know where each piece is and who manages it.

Continuity

We distinguish the initial delivery from updates, licences and future improvements. Further development has a defined scope and an owner.

(5)
Does the whole website need rebuilding?

Not always. Sometimes changes to the design or specific pages are enough. In other cases the technical foundations limit what is possible and rebuilding makes sense. We decide after reviewing the current website.

Can I keep my existing page URLs?

Where appropriate, we keep existing URLs or prepare redirects. We review important routes and content; migration requires follow-up and cannot guarantee unchanged traffic.

Is the design included?

Design and development are defined in the proposal. We can work from your existing identity or create a visual direction for the website. If you already have a designer, we can coordinate implementation of their work.

Can I update the content?

We can include a content management system for the material you need to edit. We agree on which parts are editable, who maintains them and the guidance you need to use them.

Does this include SEO and maintenance?

The proposal defines technical SEO foundations and maintenance tasks. Building a website does not guarantee a search ranking; content, competition and subsequent work also influence the result.
