Scope
This website presents SBI Digital's services. It has a contact form but no user accounts, purchases or commercial mailing-list subscription. The form requests a name, email address, service of interest and message; company details are optional. Attachments are not supported. Email links open your email application; they do not send messages automatically.
Form and email enquiries
If you submit the form or write to the email listed here, SBI DIGITAL, S.L. receives your email address, name and the information you choose to include to answer your enquiry and, when requested, prepare a proposal. Your address is not added to an advertising list, and SBI Digital does not use the content of enquiries to train AI models.
Requests for services or quotes are handled to take the pre-contractual steps you request. Other communications are handled on the basis of the legitimate interest in responding to the person making contact, limited to that purpose; you may object where applicable.
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement and proposals that are not accepted are retained for up to 12 months after the last related contact. They are then deleted unless restricted retention is required for legal obligations or liabilities. Enquiries that become projects are retained throughout the relationship and for the applicable statutory periods.
Hosting and providers
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website. To serve pages and protect its infrastructure, it receives connection data such as IP addresses, requests and browser characteristics. The purpose is to enable browsing and protect the site's availability and security. This version does not include application logs that store enquiries.
Enquiries are received at contacto@sbidigital.es, an SBI Digital mailbox hosted by DonDominio (Soluciones Corporativas IP, S.L.). DonDominio provides the email service.
Cloudflare operates internationally and may process data outside the European Economic Area. Its roles, terms and safeguards are described in the Cloudflare policy, its data processing addendum and the DonDominio's policy. We do not guarantee that all data remains in the European Union. Technical data processed by providers is retained according to the purposes and criteria in their policies; the 12-month period for enquiries does not apply to it.
Verification and submission of the form
Cloudflare Workers processes the enquiry and sends it over an encrypted connection to DonDominio's email service, which delivers it to the owner's contacto@sbidigital.es mailbox. We do not store enquiries in a website database or record their content in application logs.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser and connection signals, such as IP addresses, TLS characteristics, user agents and origins, to prevent abuse. Cloudflare acts as a processor when protecting this website and as a controller when improving its bot detection. Our interest is to protect availability and prevent spam, not to use this data for advertising. Read the Turnstile privacy notice.
We limit submission frequency using a connection-derived identifier that rotates hourly; the counter does not store the IP address in plain text. Counters use 60-second windows. The enquiry retention period does not apply to technical data providers process for their own purposes under their policies.
Analytics with your consent
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 lets us understand which pages are visited, where visits come from and technical information about browsers and devices, so we can improve the website. This is based on your consent. Rejecting it does not prevent you from browsing or contacting us.
We do not enable advertising features or send names, email addresses or enquiry content to Analytics. The pageviews we send from the website do not include URL query parameters or fragments.
Google Ireland Limited provides this service and may process data outside the European Economic Area under its terms and safeguards. See Google’s privacy policy and how it uses data from partner websites.
Analytics event and user data retention is set to two months, without resetting the period with each new activity. This setting does not automatically limit the retention of aggregate statistical reports.
You can withdraw consent from ‘Cookie preferences’ in the footer of any page. Future measurement will stop and Analytics cookies accessible to this website will be deleted. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing. See the durations and details in the cookie policy.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, where applicable, by writing to the controller's contact address. Further information to verify your identity will be requested only when necessary. You may complain to the Spanish Agency for Data Protection.
Changes
