CNSLT/008Technical guidance

Technical judgement.
When a decision matters.

We help you review proposals, make technical decisions and follow project progress. Support for working with your team and providers, with agreed time commitments and responsibilities.

AssessmentImprovementsApplication

Make better decisions.
Stay on course.

Not every question needs a new project, but it does need an informed decision. Support is organised around the issues your team needs to resolve.

/002

Working with suppliers

/004

A technical point of contact to organise requirements and next steps.

Between your goals

From questions
to a practical plan.

These are the elements we define in the proposal. The final scope depends on your starting point and business priorities.

We agree on the topics, channels, time commitment and availability included in the support.

/002

Decision reviews

We assess the options against the available information and your business goals.

/003

Agreed follow-up

We organise review points and the questions that need an answer or an owner.

/004

Conclusions and next steps

We document the recommendations and decisions made in the reviews covered by the service.

/005

Handover and continuity

We hand over the access, documentation and guidance covered by the agreed scope. Follow-up or maintenance is defined separately if commissioned.

to project decisions.

(4)
  1. Agree how we work together

We define topics, contacts, time commitments and channels, alongside each party’s responsibilities.

  2. Prepare each review

We gather proposals, progress or questions needing a decision and the criteria for assessing them.

  3. Assess and recommend

We review options against the available context and explain the implications of each alternative.

  4. Make the next step clear

We record conclusions, decisions and owners so reviews lead to specific actions.

Clarity to decide.
Clarity to move forward.

Decisions with context

Recommendations start with how you work. A tool that suits another business may not fit your budget or processes.

Evidence and limitations

We state what has been reviewed, what is outside the scope and what needs further investigation. A focused review is not presented as a comprehensive audit.

No commitment to development

You can use the findings to decide with your team or another supplier. If you continue with SBI Digital, we define a separate implementation phase.

Before we start.

(5)
Can we arrange one-off or ongoing support?

Yes. We can review a specific decision or agree time to follow several initiatives. Availability and responsibilities are defined before starting.

Does this include fixing issues or developing new features?

This service focuses on advice and follow-up. Operational support and development are scoped separately, so responsibilities and the work commissioned remain clear.

Does the first conversation count as a consultation?

The first conversation helps us understand your needs and assess whether we can help. A detailed assessment or review has a scope, deliverable and price agreed before work begins.

Do I have to commission development afterwards?

No. You can use the analysis with your own team. Implementation, coordination with other suppliers or further support is quoted separately if you need it.

Do you need access to all our systems?

We request only what is needed for the agreed scope. We can start with interviews, documentation and demonstrations; any additional access is agreed with a clear purpose and permissions.
