CNSLT/007Technology roadmap

Know what to do.
And in which order.

We organise your technology changes so you know what to do first, what depends on what and what resources each phase needs. A plan of priorities you can review as work progresses.

AssessmentImprovementsApplication

Fewer competing initiatives.
A shared direction.

Technology changes compete for resources and depend on one another. A useful plan makes those relationships visible and lets you adjust the order with a clear rationale.

/001

Prioritise investments

Compare initiatives competing for the same time or budget.

/002

Coordinate changes

Understand what actions should occur before others are viable.

/003

Plan future development

Break a major change into phases with specific goals and deliverables.

/004

Stay on course

Update priorities when activity, resources, or tools change.

From priorities
to a practical sequence.

The plan links each initiative to a goal and its dependencies. It does not assume everything must be built at once or turn early estimates into delivery commitments.

From questions
to a practical plan.

These are the elements we define in the proposal. The final scope depends on your starting point and business priorities.

/001

Map of initiatives

We collect the proposed changes and the business objective that each pursues.

/002

Priority criteria

We agree on value, effort, urgency and dependencies to prioritise the work.

/003

Phased sequence

We propose a sequence of deliverables and checks that fits the resources available.

/004

Review points

We define which decisions, information or results should trigger a change to the plan.

/005

Handover and continuity

We hand over the access, documentation and guidance covered by the agreed scope. Follow-up or maintenance is defined separately if commissioned.

From several initiatives
to a workable sequence.

(4)
  1. Gather the initiatives

We gather proposed changes and their objectives, alongside needs already identified.

  2. Agree priorities

We compare usefulness, urgency and effort against the available time and budget.

  3. Order the dependencies

We define what must be resolved before each action and divide the work into manageable phases.

  4. Prepare review points

We deliver the plan with open decisions and review points for adjusting the order based on results.

Clarity to decide.
Clarity to move forward.

Decisions with context

Recommendations start with how you work. A tool that suits another business may not fit your budget or processes.

Evidence and limitations

We state what has been reviewed, what is outside the scope and what needs further investigation. A focused review is not presented as a comprehensive audit.

No commitment to development

You can use the findings to decide with your team or another supplier. If you continue with SBI Digital, we define a separate implementation phase.

Before we start.

(5)
Is this a fixed schedule and price for all the development?

Not necessarily. It is a basis for prioritising work and defining phases. Each implementation needs sufficient requirements, an agreed assessment and its own delivery terms.

Can we do this without an existing assessment?

We can start by reviewing what is needed to prioritise initiatives. If information about systems or processes is missing, we identify it and propose how to resolve the uncertainty before finalising decisions.

Does the first conversation count as a consultation?

The first conversation helps us understand your needs and assess whether we can help. A detailed assessment or review has a scope, deliverable and price agreed before work begins.

Do I have to commission development afterwards?

No. You can use the analysis with your own team. Implementation, coordination with other suppliers or further support is quoted separately if you need it.

Do you need access to all our systems?

We request only what is needed for the agreed scope. We can start with interviews, documentation and demonstrations; any additional access is agreed with a clear purpose and permissions.
