AI/008Training and support

Useful tools.
A team that knows how to use them.

Practical AI training for your team’s tasks: working with documents, preparing content, finding information and making use of available tools, with examples from their work and guidance on reviewing results.

Learning by doing.
Apply it to your work.

We start with what your team does every day. Each session combines a specific task, a tool and a way to check the result, so the learning can be put into practice afterwards.

/001

Getting started

Identify tasks where available tools can help the team, starting with a simple scope.

/002

Shared criteria

Agree on what information to use, which results to review and when a tool is unsuitable.

/003

Role-based training

Use examples drawn from the documents, enquiries and tasks relevant to each role.

/004

Adoption and follow-up

Answer questions and refine how tools are used based on everyday work.

From the team
to your tools.

Training is built around your needs and tools. We practise with authorised material or prepared examples, without unnecessary sensitive information.

Practice for today.
Judgement for what comes next.

The programme is tailored to your team’s experience, tasks and tools. We agree the sessions, materials and follow-up before starting.

/001

Review the starting point

We agree on the roles, tools and tasks that will form the basis of the training.

/002

Tool setup

We prepare the access and usage options covered by the scope, reviewing the selected tools' terms.

/003

Practical sessions

We work on examples, ways to give context and criteria to check results.

/004

Guidance and support

We provide usage guidelines and define the agreed period of questions, support or follow-up.

/005

Handover and continuity

We hand over the access, documentation and guidance covered by the agreed scope. Follow-up or maintenance is defined separately if commissioned.

(4)
  1. Understand the team

We review their experience, available tools and the tasks that make most sense to cover in the sessions.

  2. Prepare the exercises

We design exercises using authorised or fictional material, tailored to the roles taking part.

  3. Practise and check

The team uses the tools, compares results and learns to improve instructions and spot errors.

  4. Support its application

We provide guidance and answer questions during the agreed follow-up period, based on actual use.

Use the tool.
Know how to review the result.

Appropriate information

We cover what data can be used in each tool and which exercises should use prepared material.

Review before use

We teach participants to check sources, figures and content before using them in a document, a decision or a customer reply.

Shared guidance

The team takes away examples and practical guidance for working consistently, without relying on remembering a demonstration.

(5)
Does the team need to know how to code?

Not for training on everyday tools. We adapt sessions to your team's experience and tasks. Specific technical content is defined if it is part of the goal.

Can you train the team on a solution we have already implemented?

Yes. We can prepare sessions covering how it works, updating information, checking results and handling issues. Further support can also be commissioned.

Is the training the same for every department?

Not necessarily. We can cover shared foundations and then prepare exercises around administration, customer service, sales or other roles.

Are tool licences included?

The proposal states which tools will be used and which accounts your team needs. Third-party licences or usage costs are separate from training fees.

Can we ask questions afterwards?

Yes. We can include a support period or follow-up sessions. Their duration and the types of questions covered are set out in the proposal.
