APPS/001Business applications

Your operations.
A tool of your own.

We create applications to manage customers, cases, projects and tasks in one place. A tool adapted to your business rules and responsibilities, starting with the process you most need to organise.

BuildConnectEvolve

Work, organised.
Information in its place.

When a task moves between emails, files and spreadsheets, tracking its status and sharing context becomes difficult. We define a shared workflow for the people doing the work.

/001

Clients and cases

Bring information, documents and activity together around each client or case.

/002

Projects and tasks

Define states, owners and steps to track the team's work.

/003

Internal operations

Replace spreadsheets and emails with a tool built around shared data and rules.

/004

Activity monitoring

See what is pending, what has changed and where someone needs to step in.

From everyday operations
to a shared system.

We model data and steps that already make sense for your business. The application is designed around those workflows and their exceptions.

A tool of your own.
A specific delivery.

These are the elements we define in the proposal. The final scope depends on your starting point and business priorities.

/001

Feature and data map

We define the records the application manages, how they relate and what each role can do.

/002

Screens and user journeys

We design screens for finding, creating, editing and tracking the records you need.

/003

Development and integrations

We build the first version and the connections agreed with your existing tools.

/004

Testing and initial data loading

We check the use cases and plan how to bring over the data you need to keep.

/005

Handover and continuity

We hand over the access, documentation and guidance covered by the agreed scope. Follow-up or maintenance is defined separately if commissioned.

From scattered spreadsheets
to a shared tool.

(4)
  1. Follow a real case

We review how work arrives, who is involved and what information each step needs.

  2. Design the workflows

We define records, statuses, screens and permissions with the people who will use the application.

  3. Build the first version

We build the priority workflow and check its rules, connections and error cases with your team.

  4. Bring in the data and team

We plan initial data loading, access and training, then prioritise improvements based on use.

Designed for your team.
Sustainable for your business.

Agreed scope

A custom application needs priorities and limits. We document features, user journeys and acceptance criteria before development.

Data and access

We define the profiles, actions and information each person needs, along with the planned backups, recovery and access management.

Operation and ongoing development

We define where the application runs, its recurring costs and who maintains it. Later versions are prioritised according to actual use.

Before we start.

(5)
Can this replace our spreadsheets?

We can move processes that need rules, permissions or shared data into an application. First we review how the spreadsheets are used and which information is worth migrating; some sheets may remain useful.

Could it include invoicing or specialist features?

This can be assessed by defining requirements and responsibilities. Features subject to specific obligations need those conditions reviewed and a scope we can maintain properly.

Does everything have to be defined from the beginning?

We need a clear goal and scope for the first version. Further features can be prioritised after testing; changes are assessed before they are added.

Can we connect the tools we already use?

We review the integration interfaces, permissions and terms. If a connection is not feasible, we explain alternatives and their limitations before committing to development.

What happens after delivery?

We agree on hosting, support, maintenance and documentation. The proposal distinguishes operation of the delivered version from extensions and recurring services.
