WEB/006Web integrations

Your website, connected
with the rest of the business.

We make enquiries, bookings and website data reach the tools your team works in. We connect forms, calendars, catalogues and business systems so work can continue.

DesignDevelopmentAdaptation

From an action on the web
to a process that continues.

A booking or form submission starts a piece of work. Integration gets that information to the system and person responsible for the next step.

/001

Bookings and availability

Assess connections to a calendar or booking system, including rules for checking or confirming availability.

/002

Sales enquiries

Send form details to the place where your team manages opportunities.

/003

Catalogues and records

Share information with your tools to reduce duplicate manual updates.

/004

After submission

Create notifications, assignments or tasks when someone submits a request on your website.

The visible interface.
The systems behind.

We check what each tool supports and agree on the data, permissions and states to share. The integration accounts for possible errors.

Design, content
and functionality.

These are the elements we define in the proposal. The final scope depends on your starting point and business priorities.

/001

Access review

We check integration interfaces, documentation and conditions of the tools involved.

/002

Definition of data

We agree on fields, formats and rules for identifying records and avoiding duplicates.

/003

Development of the connection

We implement the exchange steps and confirmations that the process needs.

/004

Testing and exceptions

We test submissions, states and failures to define what can be retried and when a person needs to step in.

/005

Handover and continuity

We hand over the access, documentation and guidance covered by the agreed scope. Follow-up or maintenance is defined separately if commissioned.

From a website action
to its destination.

(4)
  1. Follow an enquiry

We review what the visitor does and how the information should reach the calendar, business system or team.

  2. Check the connections

We check what the tools support, what access is needed and which data they must share.

  3. Build the exchange

We build the connection with validation, confirmations and duplicate handling.

  4. Test the complete journey

We test complete and incomplete submissions and what happens if a tool is unavailable.

Thoughtfully built.
Ready to continue.

Your content

We agree on who prepares the copy, photography, translations and brand materials. The website should explain your business using information you can validate.

Access and ownership

We define domain, hosting, accounts and tools so you know where each piece is and who manages it.

Continuity

We distinguish the initial delivery from updates, licences and future improvements. Further development has a defined scope and an owner.

Before we start.

(5)
Can any tool be connected to my website?

No. It depends on the available features, permissions and terms. If a viable integration is not possible, we propose another way to meet the need before quoting development.

Can you work on a website built by another supplier?

We can assess this with access to the environment and its technical foundations. We also review what the current supplier maintains and how changes should be coordinated.

Is the design included?

Design and development are defined in the proposal. We can work from your existing identity or create a visual direction for the website. If you already have a designer, we can coordinate implementation of their work.

Can I update the content?

We can include a content management system for the material you need to edit. We agree on which parts are editable, who maintains them and the guidance you need to use them.

Does this include SEO and maintenance?

The proposal defines technical SEO foundations and maintenance tasks. Building a website does not guarantee a search ranking; content, competition and subsequent work also influence the result.
