CNSLT/003Tool selection

The right tool
for your way of working.

We help you choose a CRM, business tool or another solution for your team. We compare features, costs, connections and maintenance against the work it needs to support and the systems you already use.

AssessmentImprovementsApplication

Compare with clarity.
Choose with context.

A feature list does not tell the whole story. The choice also depends on who will use the tool, how it shares data and what it takes to maintain it.

/001

Replace a tool

Evaluate alternatives when the current system limits work or costs no longer fit.

/002

Add a capability

Choose a solution for a need currently handled manually.

/003

Reduce fragmentation

Review tools with overlapping functions and the consequences of consolidating them.

/004

Buy or build

Compare an existing product with a custom adaptation or a new application.

From requirements
to a reasoned choice.

The comparison includes actual use, recurring costs and the relationship with the rest of the systems. When necessary, we propose testing a critical function before deciding.

From questions
to a practical plan.

These are the elements we define in the proposal. The final scope depends on your starting point and business priorities.

/001

Prioritised requirements

We separate the essential from the desirable and define the criteria for evaluating each option.

/002

Selection of alternatives

We review viable options for the project's scale, budget and available access.

/003

Documented comparison

We assess features, integrations, data, costs and dependence on the supplier.

/004

Recommendation and checks

We explain the proposed choice and any questions or tests outstanding before purchasing or implementation.

/005

Handover and continuity

We hand over the access, documentation and guidance covered by the agreed scope. Follow-up or maintenance is defined separately if commissioned.

From requirements
to a reasoned choice.

(4)
  1. Define the essentials

We agree users, tasks, budget and connections to separate essential requirements from desirable features.

  2. Select alternatives

We identify options that meet those requirements and review their terms and supplier dependencies.

  3. Check the key use case

We check the main task and important connections through documentation, demonstrations or an agreed test.

  4. Explain the choice

We deliver a comparison of costs, benefits and open questions so you can decide before committing.

Clarity to decide.
Clarity to move forward.

Decisions with context

Recommendations start with how you work. A tool that suits another business may not fit your budget or processes.

Evidence and limitations

We state what has been reviewed, what is outside the scope and what needs further investigation. A focused review is not presented as a comprehensive audit.

No commitment to development

You can use the findings to decide with your team or another supplier. If you continue with SBI Digital, we define a separate implementation phase.

Before we start.

(5)
Can you help us choose a CRM or a management tool?

Yes, within an agreed scope. First we need to understand users, data, processes and connections. The type of tool is a starting point, not the only selection criterion.

Does this include purchasing and migration?

These are not automatically included in the comparison. We can support configuration or prepare a transition as an additional phase, with agreed access and responsibilities.

Does the first conversation count as a consultation?

The first conversation helps us understand your needs and assess whether we can help. A detailed assessment or review has a scope, deliverable and price agreed before work begins.

Do I have to commission development afterwards?

No. You can use the analysis with your own team. Implementation, coordination with other suppliers or further support is quoted separately if you need it.

Do you need access to all our systems?

We request only what is needed for the agreed scope. We can start with interviews, documentation and demonstrations; any additional access is agreed with a clear purpose and permissions.
