AI/006Data analysis and reports

Ask your data.
Understand what's going on.

We connect your sales, activity and operations data to prepare reports, answer questions and highlight changes that need attention, with verifiable figures and accessible explanations.

From scattered data
to questions that matter.

What has sold, what work is still outstanding or what has changed since last month? We start with the questions you need to answer to run your business.

/001

Sales and activity

Ask how sales, customers or activity are changing, using your available records.

/002

Operations and outstanding work

Bring together requests, deliveries or open tasks to see where work is building up and what needs follow-up.

/003

Recurring reports

Prepare weekly or monthly summaries without gathering the same figures manually each time.

/004

Changes and variances

Highlight differences between periods or against a target, with the figures needed to check them.

Connected sources.
Verifiable results.

We agree on what each indicator means and where it comes from. AI can help you query or explain the data, but figures and calculations need a verifiable basis.

From an opportunity
to a useful solution.

These are the elements we define in the proposal. The final scope depends on your starting point and business priorities.

/001

Source and indicator map

We identify data, definitions and update frequency to avoid comparing incompatible figures.

/002

Data preparation

We connect and organise the necessary data, including the planned quality checks.

/003

Queries and reports

We develop the query or report format your team needs, with access to the underlying sources where appropriate.

/004

Validation with known cases

We check calculations and explanations against results your team can verify.

/005

Handover and continuity

We hand over the access, documentation and guidance covered by the agreed scope. Follow-up or maintenance is defined separately if commissioned.

Questions first.
Then the data.

(4)
  1. Choose the questions

We agree what you need to know, who needs it and how often. We define what each indicator means.

  2. Prepare the sources

We connect the necessary data and check dates, formats, duplicates and comparison criteria.

  3. Check the figures

We check reports and answers against calculations your team already knows or can verify.

  4. Make it accessible

We prepare the report, query interface or dashboard integration and agree how it is updated.

Clear criteria.
Control at every step.

Verifiable calculations

Totals and comparisons are calculated from defined data. AI helps with questions and explanations; it does not replace that foundation.

Dated information

We state the period the information covers and how it is updated, so a report is not mistaken for real-time data.

Interpretation in context

A change does not explain its own cause. Generated explanations are provided for your team to check against what they know.

Before we start.

(5)
Can AI misinterpret the figures?

Yes. We separate verifiable calculations from generated explanations and test representative questions. Results used for important decisions need appropriate review.

Is this the same as a dashboard?

A dashboard presents defined indicators and views. AI can add questions or summaries in natural language. We can combine them or choose the simpler approach for the intended use.

Do I need all my data ready?

Not for the first conversation. We need a representative sample and someone who knows the process. Organising or cleaning the information is assessed as part of the scope.

What costs are involved after implementation?

Depending on the solution, ongoing costs may include model usage, hosting, licences or connected services. The proposal separates these from development and any agreed reviews or improvements.

Can we start with a small test?

Yes. We can define one process, its sources and evaluation criteria before extending its use. A test helps assess value; it does not replace the checks needed for production.
